Security staff may request a valid ID at any time to confirm your age. If you are underage, you will not be allowed to enter.

Tickets can be purchased through Gigstix offices, including Vulkan Bookstores, on the Gigstix website, and through Resident Advisor.

Please note that the first few ticket sale phases for every ILLUSIONS event are available exclusively online.

Regular Ticket - A general admission ticket that gives you access to the main floor, floor bars, activations, and toilets.

VIP Ticket - Includes access to the VIP gallery, separate toilets, a wider selection of drinks at the bar, as well as all areas available to Regular ticket holders.

Stage Ticket - Includes access to the Regular and VIP areas, as well as the main stage and close proximity to the artists. It also includes separate toilets and a wider selection of drinks at the bar.

Afterparty Ticket - A separate general admission ticket for the afterparty, purchased independently from the main ILLUSIONS event ticket.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ILLUSIONS reserves the right to remove any visitor from the venue if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disturbing to other guests.

Refunds depend entirely on the policy of the ticket provider from whom the ticket was purchased. For all refund-related questions, please contact the ticket provider directly.

We encourage digital tickets whenever possible to reduce paper waste and make entry faster and easier.

No. Your event wristband allows one entry per event only.

Possibly. ILLUSIONS events are photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. By entering the event, you agree that your image may appear in photo or video content published on our digital channels.
